This exciting, challenging and industry leading semiconductor firm is hiring advanced engineers and marketing professionals to help elevate the company to a new level. This specific role involves Product Marketing engineering.
Will prepare product marketing strategies and launches for various analog IC designs, specifically in the power management IC and Linear IC spaces. In conjunction with sales, Applications engineering, IC engineering and other marketing professionals will help create ideas and initiate product conception and development. Keep abreast of industry standards and help maintain the company’s competitive edge in areas of specific product development (Power management and Linear products). Will relay important information regarding product issues of trends. Will provide key guidance and help facilitate product direction.
This role absolutely requires product marketing experience (3-8+ years) in the areas of analog IC based products. Must have strong, hands on experience in either (in order of preference), power management ICs, Linear products or discrete semiconductors (longer shot). MBA preferred. BSEE strong preference. Exceptional communication skills and must enjoy heavy customer interface. Prior experience delivering catalog based products in a competitive environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
– BSCS, BSEE or similar degree and 5+ years relevant SW quality management
– Must have Heavy CMM and SEI experience with concentration in Safety critical software (must have)
– Strong understanding of quality philosophies, principles, methods, tools, standards
– A thorough understanding of software inspection, testing, verification, and validation
– Knowledge of software configuration management including archives, audit, and release processes
– Experience developing and implementing software quality programs, as well as tracking, analyzing, reporting, problem resolution, and training
– Ability to understand and implement software development and maintenance processes and methods to quantify problems and asses risks
– Basic understanding of project management
