<p>Overall Responsibilities <br />
Perform as an integral team member in the development of stand-alone portable power solutions in order to meet prototype and product development timelines. As a Systems Engineer in the Engineering group, responsibilities will include: <br />
• Development of analytical models from first principles <br />
• Design, fabrication and testing of various components and sub-systems <br />
• Development of interface specifications <br />
• Assembly and testing of sub-systems and systems <br />

<p>Overall Design Appreciation: participate in the design of natural gas treating processes and facilities required for separation, dehydration, liquid extraction, non-hydrocarbon gas removal, product contaminant removal, and water disposal (both onshore and offshore facilities). Gas Supply System: ensure that th design for gas collection: wellhead to plant inlet battery limit meets the requirements of the plant and to ensure that start-up and gas volume variations can be accommodated without the occurrence of hydrates. Process Control and Instrumentation: ensure that control and instrumentation of the process and gas collection system are compatible. Ensure plant safety with appropriate operating and fail-safe standards. Process Software Simulation: Run HYSYS so that process performance design checks can be completed. Assist Plant Superintendent in development  of solutions to operational problems. Develop understanding detailed workings of onshore processes and offshore facilities.  Initiate efforts as required to increase efficiency and improve gas and liquid product value. Provide technical support to assist in obtaining required permits and approvals from appropriate government agencies.  Provide training to plant operations personnel on environmental impact safety implications of process and chemicals, maintaining process reliability, and proper operating practices and procedures to contribute to optimum plant performance and safe operation. <p>Responsible for the development, modification and execution of maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment  Monitors, controls, manages and audits the storage and use of spare parts, consumables and other materials necessary for onshore and offshore operations. Responsible for intervention an turnaround activities.  Responsible for planning/scheduling of daily maintenance and operations activities, interventions, and turnaround activities.  Responsible to ensure program support for computerized maintenance management system SAP PM, quality control for data entry and effectiveness of reporting system.  Accountable to ensure that planned and unplanned maintenance of all facilities is executed in a cost effective manner while maintaining and improving equipment reliability and availability.  Assists with and supervises training and safety programs.  Ensures highest safety standards are maintained by all maintenance personnel.  Conduct regular safety meetings and assist in all emergency drills and exercises as required.  Support global performance system process by personal involvement in activities to enhance performance in Health, Environment, Safety and Corporate Social Responsibility.  By accepting this assignment, one is also agreeing to be an active participant in one, or more of the Emergency Response Teams, eg. <p>Develops and implements policies, procedures, interfaces, reporting, etc. to effectively manage the completion and documentation of the Instrument Mechanic work. Works with the Maintenance Area Planner and Turnaround Planners to identify material requirements and job plans for the completion of instrument work as needed. Works with the Maintenance Area Foreman and directly with the instrument mechanics to support the completion of the work in the field. Evaluates new instrument equipment for its potential use in the field to improve reliability. Evaluates instrument mechanic contractor resources and provides recommendations for utilizing them in the field. Identifies spare part requirements for critical instrumentation. Makes recommendations for preventative maintenance on instrumentation, Acts as the project manager for identified instrumentation projects. Is utilized by the area team to provide recommendations for instrument improvements and provides feedback to engineering on the maintenance perspective of new installations.</p>
<p>Must be a citizen of USA or current Green Card holder<br />
Must come from Petro Chemical background (continuous) or petroleum refining industry.</p>
