This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years related experience.

General Job Description :

• Modeling and analysis of radiation effects in electronics. • Technology computer aided-design (TCAD) tool development and application. • Use of electronic design automation (EDA) tools for integrated-circuit design and analysis. • Maintenance of complex semiconductor-simulation tool suites. • Experience working with simulation tools in a network computing environment. • Provide interface with software vendors. • Technical documentation and reporting. • Implement defined research products and support for sponsors. • Effectively communicate in written and oral forms progress achieved on assigned responsibilities.
