The fantastic company developing scientific and software that integrates advanced communication layer software has been expanding at an alarming rate. This is a result of a multitude of on going new projects totaling near 50! Seeking advanced C++ with cross platform (Linux and Windows). Will develop embedded system and software for network communication applications. Higher level applications will focus on device interfacing, remote machine access, TCP/IP, Ethernet type technology. Will debug board electronics and implement embedded code.
Requirements:
4-8+ years of low level software engineering experience. Strong RTOS: VxWorks, QNX, PSOS, VRTX, Linux or related. Experience developing low level device drivers or embedded code. Heavy network layer communication: TCP/IP. UDP, T1, Ethernet, socket, multithreaded, RS232 (or related).
Other skills / pluses include:
Qt, MySQL, Postgress, Linux application development Distributed applications. Client-Server and N-tier architectures POSIX Threads or multi-threading TCP/IP socket programming. Good communication skills. Familiar with subversion, cvs, bugzilla, doxygen, cmake, wiki and similar open-source development tools BSEE, BSCS or related would be ideal

Will prepare product marketing strategies and launches for various analog IC designs, specifically in the power management IC and Linear IC spaces. This role absolutely requires product marketing experience (3-8+ years) in the areas of analog IC based products.
