Candidate will develop leading edge Windows Device Drivers for multimedia processing electronics (this company develops board and application layer electronics not semiconductor and micro-processor electronics). Will interact with an expert team of engineers (Hardware, embedded, application, mechanical) to deliver custom solutions and advanced high volume consumer electronics. Will develop robust device drivers and expand skill base into the Linux driver and kernel world. Room for growth and ample technical challenge. Small vibrant setting where you can wear many hats!

Skills sought include:

3-5+ years of C/C++ Device Driver development. Must have some Windows DDK experience. 2+ years of Windows based driver experience (DDK or NDIS).

Overall Responsibilities 
Perform as an integral team member in the development of stand-alone portable power solutions in order to meet prototype and product development timelines. As a Systems Engineer in the Engineering group, responsibilities will include: 
• Development of analytical models from first principles

Maintenance Superintendent in Malabo, West Africa

Bachelors required or Equivalent Experience; familiar with IBM compatible systems and Microsoft support software, planning.scheduling software and SAP PM. 5-10 years of supervisory experience or 15 years experience in a maintenance role. Must possess hands on experience, as training EG nations is a major portion of job scope.

Responsible for the development, modification and execution of maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment  Monitors, controls, manages and audits the storage and use of spare parts, consumables and other materials necessary for onshore and offshore operations. Responsible for intervention an turnaround activities.  Responsible for planning/scheduling of daily maintenance and operations activities, interventions, and turnaround activities.  Responsible to ensure program support for computerized maintenance management system SAP PM, quality control for data entry and effectiveness of reporting system.  Accountable to ensure that planned and unplanned maintenance of all facilities is executed in a cost effective manner while maintaining and improving equipment reliability and availability.  Assists with and supervises training and safety programs.  Ensures highest safety standards are maintained by all maintenance personnel.  Conduct regular safety meetings and assist in all emergency drills and exercises as required.  Support global performance system process by personal involvement in activities to enhance performance in Health, Environment, Safety and Corporate Social Responsibility.  By accepting this assignment, one is also agreeing to be an active participant in one, or more of the Emergency Response Teams, eg. Fire Brigade, etc.  Support company efforts by personally committing to actively participate in the monitoring and coaching activities designed to enhance the skills, competencies, and performance of the National employees working in your assigned area of responsibility.

This is a 28/28 rotational assignment and includes an uplift on the base salary.
