He or she will work closely with the SW engineers to define specifications and will develop test plans, procedures and analysis tools. The candidate will document results and report test data to design and engineering teams. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, he or she must be a strong team player, able to take initiative, and detail oriented. The candidate will work closely with design teams to understand and resolve product performance issues.

Requirements

Position Requirements: – Advanced degree, or equivalent experience, in physics, engineering or related fields. – Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and executing software and hardware test plans. – Excellent knowledge of scripting language and object oriented SW (Java, C++ and C#) is a must – Familiarity with auto scripting tools is a plus. – Excellent trouble-shooting and data analysis skills. – Experience in working with test equipment is a must Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills – Product development and / or industry experience in a multi-disciplinary Biotech environment is a plus.
