Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (MS preferred) in Environmental Engineering, Meteorology, Chemical Engineering or other air-quality-related discipline. • A minimum of 2-5 years experience desired. Significant Spreadsheet calculations experience is required; Knowledge and use of computer models (especially dispersion models, wastewater emissions programs, and EPA TANKS) is desired. • EIT and/or P.E. certification is also a plus. • Familiarity and experience with California and federal air regulations is required. • Strong writing and presentation skills are important.

General Job Description : T

he successful candidate will be responsible for: • Performing air quality evaluations, including air emissions inventories, emissions and dispersion modeling, air permit applications (NSR and Title V), regulatory reviews and air pollution control technology evaluations. • Preparing reports, meeting with clients and regulators, and mentoring junior staff. • The initial assignment will be to assist a client with air regulatory compliance full-time at the client’s offices
