What’s wrong with Monster.com?

…and Careerbuilder and Dice and HotJobs and every other online job board that you can think of. The short comings of all these resources is the main reason Hire-Engineers.com is being developed and we plan on doing everything we can do avoid their mistakes. One thing we will be doing here is focusing on engineering jobs. By narrowing the scope of our service we will be able to provide you, the end user, with higher quality content and waste less of your time.

User feedback is extremely important to us. So we want to give you all the opportunity to weigh in on what you like and don’t like about the other job boards out there. What features should Hire-Engineers.com  be sure to include in our service, what should we avoid? Is there anything you just absolutely hate about one of the online job boards that causes you not to use their service?
