Must have at least 5-7 years process engineering experience with a proven track record of successful project completion. Person shall have demonstrated leadership of other people, projects teams, or other multi-functional groups. Must have a proven history of Six Sigma skills used on successful projects. Skills should include: MSE (or Gauge R&R), Component of Variation (COV) Studies, Designed Experiments (DOE), and critical thinking. Experience resolving product and process capability issues in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership potential Career Level: Junior (2-5yrs), Mid (5-10 yrs), Senior (10+ yrs)

General Job Description:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The central engineering group process engineers are responsible for implementation of waste reduction and productivity improvements on common processes across multiple sites. The process engineer will develop process and machine solutions, define project scopes, lead process improvements teams, and manage or participate in projects, as required. Central process engineers are also responsible for implementing global manufacturing strategies. These will include relocation of existing products or product families to alternate facilities as well as introduction of new products and processes. Person may be required to supervise and manage outside contractors, as necessary, and internal cross functional teams to complete project work. Person will be required to observe processes, understand the key process parameters, and be able to understand the relationship between these and the product’s key characteristics.

Pay Type: Salary

Maximum Pay: $90,000

Minimum Pay: $65,000
