You will interface with external customers and internal sales, product marketing and engineering teams to provide technical support, customer service and quality assurance in a fast-paced environment. A variety of responsibilities will include phone technical support, research, specification reviews, lab work and QA review and support. You will also create and revise data sheets, new product announcements and presentation and training materials. Website development and maintenance and special projects will also be assigned. A combination of hands-on lab work, customer support, product development and QA work will give you opportunities to grow your skills in several areas. Requirements:

– Must have either an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology plus 3 to 5 yrs experience, or a BSEE with 2+ years experience
– Expertise in analog design for discrete semiconductors, Expertise with discrete semiconductors (absolutely must have concentrated experience in this area), resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes transistors, vacuum, TRIAC LEDs, or bipolar, etc
– Expertise in SPICE Modeling
– Customer support experience, including the ability to explain abstract technical concepts in a simplified fashion for non-technical customers
– Excellent verbal, written, presentation and teamwork skills
– Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with databases
– The ideal candidate will be an analytical problem-solver; proactive self-starter; efficient time manager; have a strong work ethic; possess the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment
