In this stimulating role with a rapid-growth wireless products leader, you will take responsibility for modifying, tuning, and testing of software solutions used in DSP audio applications. You will work with internal product development teams and external vendors to provide world-class solutions for clients. In this key position, you will also function as lead test and validation engineer on a team dedicated to delivering advanced wireless features for personal, computer, industrial and commercial applications. The work will include modification and composition of DSP software modules using C, Assembly, and embedded DSP source codes to enable testing, and development of test tools and scripts. In addition you will assist with documentation, including development of customer training materials. Requirements:

– 3+ years writing, debugging, and testing embedded DSP software
– Experience tuning and testing audio software for wireless applications, including integrating audio processing blocks into applications ready for production
– Strong track record of writing and debugging embedded C, Assembly and DSP coding in a fast-paced software/hardware engineering environment
– Experience supporting customers during product development cycle, and acting as liaison between external customers and internal development teams
– Ability to develop new relationships and build upon existing ones to increase customer sales
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Experience with documentation such as application notes, white papers, and reference designs
– BSEE degree, including DSP course work and/or experience
– Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
– Candidate must enjoy the challenge of a dynamic, fast-paced, high-tech product development environment
