The systems you design will include both electrical and mechanical interfaces to perform testing of sophisticated RF automated products. This role is both strategic and hands-on, you will identify areas to be improved, design hardware test fixtures, and develop the associated software for the factory environment. You will also manage the outsourced development resources utilized to meet production schedules. Exercise your skills as a liaison internally to coordinate with product development teams and testing technicians to provide thorough testing of new designs prior to production rollouts. Synchronization of domestic and off-shore manufacturing and test teams is also required, as is a willingness to travel internationally. Required Skills Requirements:

– BSEE or BS in related discipline is necessary– Solid understanding of test engineering best practices, strong electronics skills, and good mechanical skills are necessary– 5+ years of hands-on system level test design experience– Track record of LabView programming experience– Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed to manage outsourced teams– Excellent verbal and written communication skills– Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a test and production environmentDesirable Skills– Experience managing outsourced development of factory board and functional testing– Experience managing outsourced ICT development is desirable– C++ programming skills– The ideal candidate will have prior experience with RF electronics
