Required Skills :

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited, 4 year university. Advanced degree in mechanical or fire protection engineering, including familiarity with project management or related building sciences program preferred. Must have a current professional license in Mechanical Engineering in the US or ability to obtain with 6 to 12 months. Strong interpersonal/communication skills needed for client interface.

General Job Description :

Mechanical Engineers (HVAC and Piping) with minimum of 5 years experience in healthcare, commercial, or industrial. Professional knowledge of a broad range of mechanical engineering concepts, principles, and practices and familiarity with other engineering disciplines and architecture. Current design and project management experience with all three areas of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection as they pertain to building systems.
