Use your effective leadership and relationships skills with business leaders, change agents, and departmental staff to improve performance, solve problems, train and coach personnel, and achieve financial objectives. Knowledge of lean and six sigma tools and principles is needed, along with ability to advise senior management on progress. You will liaison with engineering group stakeholders to understand and document procedures, establish measurement plans and tools, and implement needed change. Identifying and executing process improvements, analyzing statistics, and reporting and presenting relevant data will be required. You will participate in the testing, training, and writing of control plan documentation and process enhancement. Requirements
– Bachelors degree in a relevant business area
– 5+ years in telecommunications industry
– Certified Black Belt, PMP, or similar experience in telecommunication networks, with emphasis on continuous improvement implementations
– Lean knowledge, experience and training, and track record of applying lean concepts and principles across an organization
– Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint and Visio
– Excellent training and presentation skills and experience
– Ability to travel occasionally and to work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines
