Required Skills :
- BSEE required; MSEE or other advanced degree is desirable
- Strong experience in RF design of RF transmitter and receiver architectures, transmitter and receiver switch circuits, low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, duplexers and filters, matching networks, synthesizers, and frequency converters to 3.8 GHz
- Familiarity with several wireless standard requirements and platforms, such as WiMAX, WCDMA, CDMA, and LTE
- Track record with transmitter and receiver, spurious, link budget, and dynamic range analysis techniques
- Experience with vector network analyzer RF measurements and orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing VSA measurements
- Hands-on experience in high density, high isolation PCB layout for RF designs
- Simulation work using standard tools and techniques such as linear and non-linear ADS, MATLAB, and three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation tools
- Working knowledge of Mentor Graphics and similar schematic capture tools
- Track record of designing and documenting both specifications and formal documentation for RF hardware
