RF Power Amplifier Design Engineer – 90-110K

Will design Transceiver PA’s for cellular base stations in a vibrant R&D group. Will collect and specify design requirements. Will partake in advanced linear designs.

MSEE preferred. 4+ RF PA design experience. Experienced in linear and or pre-distortion techniques. Advanced RF Simulation tools a must have. LDMOS experience helpful. Interested candidates please send resume to resume [at] alynpatrick [dot] com
