Thanks for visiting Hire-Engineers.com! We are excited about providing Raytheon with a great place to find engineering talent and look forward to providing you with a great service.

All Raytheon recruiters, HR Managers and hiring managers can create an account on Hire-Engineers.com at no cost. There is absolutley no cost to post a job and you can feel free to post as many jobs as you like!

To create an account follow these steps:

  1. Register your account HERE – a welcome email and password will be emailed to you. You can ignore the part about the application fee, this is waived for Raytheon employees!
  2. Your account will be automatically be upgraded to allow you to post jobs, this may take a couple minutes, but you will receive email notification when this happens.
  3. Login to Hire-Engineers.com HERE – We recommend you change your password after logging in by clicking your username in the very top right of the screen.
  4. After making it to the dashboard, click the “Write” tab to create a new job posting. For posting guidelines, please review this link.
  5. After you have written your post, click “Submit for Review.” At Hire-Engineers.com, we believe in quality job postings! To that end, each post in reviewed by a human before being published to the site. This may take up to 24hrs, but usually happens within a few minutes.
