General Job Description:

Application Engineer: provide detail customer support and training in the use of Company software and management systems. Requires motivated, analytical individual with good working knowledge of PC’s and networking, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, CAD and blueprint reading as well as a basic knowledge of metrology and use of CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines).

Provides training for all Company systems, including:
* Contribute to development and maintenance of an effective training curriculum.
* Conduct training classes, both in Company facilities and on customer site.

Provides support for all Company systems, including:
* Respond to customer-related software/applications support questions.
* Repond to any department needing software/applications support.
* Continuous software and system testing.
* Submission of timely, detailed Software Performance Reports.
* Provide support of customer systems including PC troubleshooting, network support, and metrology consultation, remote or on-site.
