General Job Description

This position will work within the Supply Chain Process Development team.
Will be responsible for documenting processes, standard operating procedures, process flow charts, training materials and metrics for Supply Chain (warehouse, forecast & replenishment, transportation, and order management). This position will assist with implementation of new processes and look for efficiency with current processes. Other responsibilities include development of business rules and processes for new functionality with software enhancement inclusive of training materials, flowcharts and standard operating procedures. Will develop end to end processes that includes other business units to deliver results for
H-E-B.

Required Skills

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree Required (Engineering or related field or relevant business/technical experience)
• Requires 1-3 years of Experience
• Expert knowledge and experience with best practices regarding documentation management
• Process improvement experience a plus, e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, 5 s, etc.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Visio and PDF
• Technical writing skills (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills
• Project management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as with all levels of Mgt
