Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering. HYSIS modeling and basic Microsoft applications required. Ability to resolve issues with design institutes and propose/negotiate solutions. Good communication/interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver goals and objectives to agreed deadlines. Safety and Environmental Awareness a necessity.

Overall Design Appreciation: participate in the design of natural gas treating processes and facilities required for separation, dehydration, liquid extraction, non-hydrocarbon gas removal, product contaminant removal, and water disposal (both onshore and offshore facilities). Gas Supply System: ensure that th design for gas collection: wellhead to plant inlet battery limit meets the requirements of the plant and to ensure that start-up and gas volume variations can be accommodated without the occurrence of hydrates. Process Control and Instrumentation: ensure that control and instrumentation of the process and gas collection system are compatible. Ensure plant safety with appropriate operating and fail-safe standards. Process Software Simulation: Run HYSYS so that process performance design checks can be completed. Assist Plant Superintendent in development  of solutions to operational problems. Develop understanding detailed workings of onshore processes and offshore facilities.  Initiate efforts as required to increase efficiency and improve gas and liquid product value. Provide technical support to assist in obtaining required permits and approvals from appropriate government agencies.  Provide training to plant operations personnel on environmental impact safety implications of process and chemicals, maintaining process reliability, and proper operating practices and procedures to contribute to optimum plant performance and safe operation. Participate in the continuous development of safe work practices operating produces and promote environmental stewardship through example. Support company’s global performance system process by personal involvement in activities to enhance performance in Health, Environment, Safety and Corporate Social Responsibility. General Job Description

Under direct supervision, responsible for performing basic engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks as assigned. Prepares or assists in preparing reports, graphs, planning layouts, costs estimates and summaries designed to communicate project progress or results. Interface with internal and external customers and suppliers.

Required Skills

The selected candidate will work with product lines, sales, marketing, customer and OEMs to support existing and new repair applications. Ongoing support will also be given to LEAN initiatives, Six Sigma, and JDI cost reduction projects. The selected candidate will possess a working knowledge of Auto CAD and CNC equipment. Projects may include tooling design, prototype, and 1st article production runs, as well as job planning and creation of job instructions.

In addition to excellent communications skills, successful candidates must possess a B.S. degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience in a “hands-on” production environment. Previous experience with the design, manufacturing, or repair of aerospace propulsion or airframe components is desirable. Additionally, candidates who have a background in the industries with robotics application and automation implementation are encouraged to apply.

Position Description: Provide Process Engineering assistance in support of Refinery goals/objectives. Position will include monitoring and troubleshooting the refining processes. Responsibilities will also include process design, project development, and economics and planning. Experience preferred in FCCU, Delayed Coking, CCR Platforming, High Severity Hydrotreating, and sulfur handling. Must be able to develop and/or maintain heat and material balances around process units and be experienced using Process Simulators and Distributed Control Systems. Operations or Supervisory experience is a plus. Other areas of interest include budgeting, LP development and operation, short/long term yield estimation, crude and product price forecasting, variable expense tracking, backcasting, and yield accounting support.

General Job Description:
